Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Lead execution of BMS and ELV projects from project initiation through commissioning and handover.
Coordinate with consultants clients contractors and vendors to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Integrate HVAC systems including AHUs FCUs VAVs VFDs energy meters and third-party devices using Modbus and BACnet IP protocols.
Ensure proper cable laying panel termination and reliable communication between controllers and servers.
Review and validate control drawings I/O lists panel layouts and wiring diagrams before site implementation.
Supervise technicians and subcontractors to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
Oversee installation and configuration of BMS field devices such as controllers sensors actuators VAVs AHUs and Water Leak Detection Systems (WLDs).
Conduct client meetings site inspections and coordination reviews to resolve technical and execution challenges.
Maintain project documentation including installation checklists asset registers site measurements work completion reports and as-built drawings.
Track daily site progress maintain risk/issue logs and provide regular project updates to management.
