Job Summary

Project Manager Development (AI & Platform Delivery)

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of multiple platforms (service delivery apps ERP/compliance systems AI/chatbot solutions and future products) with strong focus on timelines quality and scalability
Translate business needs into execution-ready blueprints epics user stories and sprint plans
Drive Agile execution and ensure consistent sprint velocity and milestone delivery
Lead cross-functional teams (backend frontend QA DevOps AI) ensuring clarity in execution and priorities
Act as the bridge between stakeholders and development teams with structured communication and reporting
Enforce SDLC code quality security standards and development best practices
Oversee CI/CD pipelines release cycles and deployment stability
Drive adoption of AI tools and agentic workflows to improve productivity and automation
Monitor performance scalability and proactively manage risks and blockers

Requirements

Preferred Candidate Profile (with Technical Benchmarks)

Experience & Delivery

5 years in software development project management
Proven track record in delivering service-based / platform-based applications (end-to-end ownership)
Experience handling multiple parallel projects and development teams (515 members)

Technical Understanding (Must Have)

Strong understanding of:

SDLC Agile (Scrum/Kanban) Sprint Planning
System architecture basics (monolith vs microservices APIs integrations)

Hands-on exposure / working knowledge of:

Backend technologies (any): PHP (Laravel/CI) Python
Frontend basics: React / Angular / JS frameworks (conceptual understanding is acceptable)
Databases: MySQL/PostgreSQL (queries schema understanding)

Experience working with:

REST APIs third-party integrations and data workflows

DevOps & Quality Benchmarks

Practical exposure to:

CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI / similar)
Version control (Git branching PR reviews)

Understanding of:

Code review processes testing workflows (QA/UAT) and release management
Basic security practices (auth data protection access control)

AI & Automation Orientation

Familiarity with:

AI tools for development (ChatGPT Copilot etc.)
Workflow automation tools (e.g. N8N or similar)

Ability to identify and implement agentic/automation opportunities in development and delivery

Leadership & Mindset

Strong team handling mentoring and stakeholder management experience
Excellent communication and structured thinking ability
High ownership with a delivery-first execution-driven mindset
Ability to adapt quickly across multiple tech stacks and evolving product ecosystems

Required Skills:

Required Skills 2 years of experience in DevOps / Cloud Security / DevSecOps. Strong hands-on experience with AWS security best practices. Experience with Terraform CI/CD security Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with tools like SonarQube Trivy OWASP ZAP. Scripting knowledge (Python/Bash). Good to Have Azure security experience (Defender for Cloud Azure AD Key Vault). Relevant AWS or security certifications.
