Job Summary
Project Management
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope goals deliverables required resources budget and timelines.
- Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of projects including task assignments and tracking project milestones and deliverables.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation to meet project requirements.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project risks and issues and implement contingency plans as necessary.
- Develop and manage project budgets ensuring financial accountability.
- Monitor project expenditures and adjust project plans as necessary to stay within budget.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project progress and performance.
- Prepare and deliver project progress reports proposals documentation and presentations.
- Lead coach and motivate project team members on a proactive basis.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and ensure high team performance.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to identify project requirements scope and objectives.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address concerns.
Education/Professional Qualification/Experience:
- . degree in Business Administration Project Management Engineering or a related field.
- Relevant postgraduate/masters degree will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a corporate environment.
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven track record of overseeing project initiatives.
- Knowledge of project management tools.
