In partnership with our client we are seeking a Product Manager to serve as the architect of Voice AI innovation for emerging markets. You will be a pivotal strategic partner in scaling a Voice AI platform purpose-built for healthcare and enterprise productivity bridging the gap between cutting-edge AI technology and the unique realities of accent-rich multilingual low-infrastructure environments. Who are we looking for

You are technically fluent with a strong understanding of software development lifecycles APIs cloud-based systems and ideally some exposure to AI/ML concepts like speech-to-text NLP or LLMs.
You are user-obsessed and outcome-driven balancing strategic vision with meticulous attention to detail in high-pressure high-ambiguity environments.

Your Responsibilities

Product Strategy and amp; Vision

You will define refine and execute the Voice AI product roadmap in alignment with company strategy and market needs.
You will translate complex user needs from doctors insurers call centers and enterprise teams into clear actionable product priorities.
You will track global advancements in speech-to-text LLMs conversational AI and healthcare AI adapting relevant innovations to low- and middle-income country (LMIC) contexts.
You will identify high-leverage opportunities for differentiation in multilingual accent-rich and low-infrastructure environments.

Execution and amp; Cross-Functional Delivery

You will lead cross-functional squads across Engineering Data Science Design and Operations to deliver product milestones on time.
You will drive structured experimentation around accuracy optimization latency reduction multilingual model performance enterprise features and hardware integrations.
You will own and monitor core product KPIs including STT accuracy latency benchmarks adoption and retention metrics enterprise ROI and user satisfaction.
You will ensure seamless execution from pilot to full-scale deployment.

Enterprise Deals: From Scope Pilot Scale

You will partner closely with Business Development and Partnerships teams to shape enterprise solutions for hospital systems insurance companies call centers and multinational enterprises.
You will lead product discovery sessions with enterprise stakeholders translating pilot insights into scalable product frameworks.
You will build repeatable deployment models and serve as a key product representative during onboarding implementation and go-live phases.

Voice AI Innovation and amp; Technical Collaboration

You will collaborate with research institutions and AI partners to localize models for African accents noisy environments medical terminology and multilingual datasets.
You will evaluate and integrate third-party AI tools into the voice stack.
You will work closely with engineers on APIs model performance tradeoffs infrastructure decisions and system integrations to ensure product decisions are both technically sound and commercially viable.

Stakeholder and amp; Market Alignment

You will conduct field research with doctors nurses and frontline professionals to co-design solutions that solve real-world problems.
You will gather continuous feedback from enterprise users to ensure compliance and productivity use cases are embedded into product design.
You will drive structured feedback loops to maintain strong product-market fit.

Leadership and amp; Culture

You will champion a user-first data-driven and rapid-iteration culture across internal and external teams.
You will communicate product direction clearly and operate confidently in high-ambiguity high-growth environments.
You will represent the organization professionally in global conversations embodying its values and vision.

What Success looks like

Successfully lead at least 23 enterprise pilots to full-scale deployments within the first 12 months.
Measurably improve STT accuracy and/or latency benchmarks.
Establish a repeatable enterprise deployment playbook that moves prospects from proof-of-concept to scale quickly and efficiently.
Strengthen product-market fit through structured feedback loops with users and enterprise stakeholders.
Become a trusted product face for international partners research collaborators and enterprise clients.

To be considered for this role you should have

48 years of experience in Product Management preferably in AI/ML products SaaS platforms healthtech or enterprise technology.
Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with engineering and technical teams.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with international stakeholders and globally distributed teams.
High level of professional polish composure and executive presence in international settings (experience with US UK EU African or Asian markets is strongly preferred).
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles APIs integrations and cloud-based systems.
Basic familiarity with AI/ML concepts (e.g. STT NLP LLMs) is highly advantageous.
Experience interfacing with enterprise clients or B2B stakeholders is a plus.
Exposure to Voice AI Speech Recognition Conversational AI healthcare or regulated industries is preferred.
Experience operating in emerging markets or building localization-focused products is a strong advantage.
