We are seeking an experienced Sales Project Manager to join a growing team in Granbury TX. This is a full-time on-site opportunity for a results-driven professional who can oversee sales-related projects from initiation through completion while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate sales projects to ensure timely delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Analyze project and sales data to support strategic decisions
Drive customer satisfaction through high-quality service and communication
Identify opportunities to enhance sales strategies and processes
Support the sales team in achieving performance goals

Qualifications:

3 5 years of experience in sales project management or sales operations
Experience working in commercial construction subcontracting or related industries preferred
Exposure to large-scale commercial projects (e.g. high square footage projects) is a plus
Experience collaborating with general contractors subcontractors and cross-functional project teams
Strong understanding of quality control customer satisfaction and issue resolution in project-based environments
Strong project coordination and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proven sales experience with knowledge of sales tools and strategies
Strong problem-solving abilities and deadline management
