Job Summary

Title: Project Manager

Location: Santa Monica or Foster City CA

Duration: Fulltime

Requirements:

So this one is more traditional project manager.

But what were looking for is someone who can be a bit of a hybrid between a business analyst and a project manager on the IT front.

So for instance we have about three ongoing projects this year to work on Gileads migration to a new clinical trial.

Management system to move into planis ware which is a planning and resource modeling tool and then also to develop reporting dashboard for financial forecasting and leadership reporting.

So were working with different vendors for all of these projects.

Were working with different representatives from Gilead and Kite for all these projects.

And we need to make sure that both our vendors and our IT counterparts.

Are addressing our needs essentially in moving some of this forward.

So when I say a hybrid of a business analyst would be nice as someone that really understands kind of our business requirements and can advocate on our behalf but still speak the language of technology to the vendors and to our Gilead IT partners
