Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end delivery of enterprise projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing cross-functional teams stakeholder communication and delivering projects within scope timeline and budget.

Key Responsibilities

Lead full project lifecycle from initiation to closure
Manage project scope timelines budget and deliverables
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including business technology and vendors
Drive Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies based on project needs
Identify risks dependencies and mitigation strategies
Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
Ensure alignment with business goals and client expectations
Manage project documentation reporting and governance
Support change management and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8 years of experience in Project Management
Strong experience in Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies
Proven track record of delivering large-scale enterprise projects
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience with project management tools (JIRA MS Project Smartsheet etc.)
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Telecom domain (preferred for Cox Communications)
PMP / Scrum Master certification is a plus
Experience working with large enterprise clients or system integrators
Familiarity with digital transformation cloud or data projects

Nice to Have:

Experience managing offshore/onshore teams
Exposure to DevOps or cloud environments
Strong reporting and dashboarding skills

Soft Skills:

Strong leadership and team management
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to work in a fast-paced client-facing environment
