Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end delivery of enterprise projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing cross-functional teams stakeholder communication and delivering projects within scope timeline and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full project lifecycle from initiation to closure
- Manage project scope timelines budget and deliverables
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including business technology and vendors
- Drive Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies based on project needs
- Identify risks dependencies and mitigation strategies
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
- Ensure alignment with business goals and client expectations
- Manage project documentation reporting and governance
- Support change management and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in Project Management
- Strong experience in Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale enterprise projects
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with project management tools (JIRA MS Project Smartsheet etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Telecom domain (preferred for Cox Communications)
- PMP / Scrum Master certification is a plus
- Experience working with large enterprise clients or system integrators
- Familiarity with digital transformation cloud or data projects
Nice to Have:
- Experience managing offshore/onshore teams
- Exposure to DevOps or cloud environments
- Strong reporting and dashboarding skills
Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work in a fast-paced client-facing environment
