Job Description

Job Title: Senior End User Computing (EUC) SME

Contract Duration: 6 months

Location: Remote for U.S.A

Rate : $110 to $115/hr w2

Overview

We are seeking a Senior End User Computing (EUC) SME to support and lead modern endpoint engineering initiatives across enterprise environments. This role requires deep hands-on expertise across Windows platforms virtualization cloud-based EUC solutions and secure access delivery.

The ideal candidate is a highly technical self-directed engineer who can solve complex endpoint challenges operate independently and partner effectively with engineering teams and leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead EUC engineering efforts across workstation endpoint and user computing environments
Support and modernize legacy Windows operating systems while driving adoption of cloud-based EUC platforms
Design implement and optimize virtualization solutions including server-hosted and application-level virtualization
Serve as the escalation point for complex endpoint and user experience issues
Support and enhance secure access delivery models including privileged access solutions such as CyberArk
Evaluate and support remote application delivery and application streaming technologies where applicable
Troubleshoot complex issues across operating systems applications virtualization and endpoint infrastructure
Partner with infrastructure security and application teams to provide technical guidance and recommendations
Contribute to modernization efforts including automation endpoint standardization and cloud transition initiatives
Communicate effectively with both technical teams and leadership stakeholders

Qualifications

Deep experience in End User Computing engineering across legacy and modern Windows environments
Strong expertise in virtualization technologies including server-based and application virtualization
Hands-on experience with cloud EUC platforms such as Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows 365
Experience with secure delivery of privileged access including CyberArk or similar solutions
Strong troubleshooting skills within complex enterprise environments
Proven ability to work independently on high-complexity initiatives
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced or evolving environments
Experience with remote application delivery or application streaming technologies
Familiarity with modern endpoint management solutions such as Intune Autopilot or Microsoft Endpoint Manager
Experience supporting modernization or cloud transformation programs
Background working in regulated or industrial environments
