JOB TITLE: Project Engineer 4

PAY RATE: $84/hour

Clearance: Active U.S. Secret Clearance required at time of hire

Summary:

Lead multi-disciplinary engineering project teams
Develop and manage Statements of Work (SOW)
Coordinate technical scope resources budgets and schedules
Assess and negotiate scope changes and contract modifications
Identify and track program performance metrics
Develop risk mitigation and opportunity management plans
Support proposal development and contract execution activities
Interface directly with government customers and stakeholders
Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering and program teams

Requirements:

Active U.S. Secret Clearance required at time of hire
Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Mathematics Physics or Chemistry and 9 years of related experience or Masters degree and 7 years of related experience or PhD and 4 years of related experience
In the United States ABET accreditation is preferred but not required.
3 years of experience leading or managing multi-disciplinary engineering project teams
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Qualifications:

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Experience with proposal development and contract negotiations
Experience supporting Export Compliance or International programs
Experience developing and managing technical program plans schedules and budgets
Project management experience within an engineering environment
Experience supporting weapons systems programs
Experience working directly with U.S. Government customers
Experience collaborating across functions and organizations
