Job Summary
Overview
Scope of the role: To provide administrative support to the Hitchin commercial and operational teams ensuring governance is maintained in-line with quality safety procedures and systems.
Responsibilities
Core responsibilities:
Safety
- Ensure all safety procedures are followed
Quality
- Ensure all procedures and processes are followed in line with quality management system
Delivery
- Support operational teams with administrative tasks to ensure maximum efficiency
- Work closely with technical teams to generate client proposals
- Engage with clients to ensure high level of proposal through put is maintained
- Provide administrative support to commercial team
- Meet set commercial KPIs on a daily weekly and monthly basis
- Attend team and leadership daily meetings
- Meet set operational KPIs on a daily weekly and monthly basis
- Generate commercial and operational data for management review
- Support commercial team with proposal generation.
- Attend client meetings online and in person.
- Support commercial and operational teams with business improvements
