Skills and Competencies
3-5 years frontend/UI engineering experience
Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills
Proficiency in React or Angular frameworks
Understanding of CSS responsive design and UX fundamentals
Experience with UI testing frameworks (Jest RTL Cypress/Playwright)
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
Experience with Storybook or design-system tooling
Exposure to micro-frontend patterns or SSR frameworks
Education
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related fieldor equivalent professional experience
Responsibilities
Develop modern front-end features using React or Angular TypeScript
Build reusable components aligned with design-system patterns
Optimize UI for performance responsiveness and accessibility
Integrate UI with backend APIs and handle complex state management
Write automated unit and UI integration tests
Participate in design reviews with UX and provide technical input
Troubleshoot UI defects layout issues and rendering bottlenecks

Our Insurance Solutions team is responsible for developing cutting-edge software sophisticated models and advanced analytics that power risk quantification for the global multi-trillion-dollar P&C market
By joining our team you will develop modern reusable components and features using React or Angular with TypeScript. They follow design-system patterns optimize performance and integrate cleanly with backend APIs. The role prioritizes accessibility responsiveness and testing to deliver consistent high-quality experiences. The role supports debugging and performance tuning across the stack and contributes to the modernization journey in Moodys Casualty and Financial Lines
