Job Summary

The Concierge Manageris responsible forleading and overseeing the Security Transportation and Reception teams within our retirement community. This role ensures a welcoming safe and service-oriented environment for residents families guests and staff. The Concierge Manager sets the standard for hospitality safety professionalism and operational excellence across all front-facing and support services.
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise schedule and evaluate security transportation and reception personnel
  • Address resident and family concerns related to front desk transportation or security services
  • Ensure community safety protocols and emergency procedures are properly implemented
  • Oversee incident reporting and follow-up investigations
  • Oversee scheduling and coordination of resident transportation services
  • Ensure vehicles are properly maintained and monitor training and safe driving practices
  • Manage departmental budgets and maintain accurate records schedules and reports
  • Participate in leadership meetings and strategic planning initiatives
Required:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Hospitality Management Business Administration Healthcare Administration or related field preferred
  • Experience overseeing security or transportation operations strongly preferred
  • Valid NC drivers license
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Desire to serve senior adults
  • Strong leadership communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to multitask and respond calmly in emergency situations
