The Concierge Manager sets the standard for hospitality safety professionalism and operational excellence across all front-facing and support services. Responsibilities: - Supervise schedule and evaluate security transportation and reception personnel
- Address resident and family concerns related to front desk transportation or security services
- Ensure community safety protocols and emergency procedures are properly implemented
- Oversee incident reporting and follow-up investigations
- Oversee scheduling and coordination of resident transportation services
- Ensure vehicles are properly maintained and monitor training and safe driving practices
- Manage departmental budgets and maintain accurate records schedules and reports
- Participate in leadership meetings and strategic planning initiatives
Required: - High school diploma or equivalent
- Hospitality Management Business Administration Healthcare Administration or related field preferred
- Experience overseeing security or transportation operations strongly preferred
- Valid NC drivers license
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Desire to serve senior adults
- Strong leadership communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask and respond calmly in emergency situations
