We are seeking 1 Qualified Refrigeration Tech/ HVAC looking to join the DeltaFM Sunrise Dam team on a Full-Time Permanent position available is ideally an immediate start. Flights are from Perth to Site on a Thursday AM returning the following Thursday PM FIFO from Perth Airport or DIDO for local applicants to Laverton.

$117900 Gross Per Year Allowances Super

THE POSITION

Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager ensuring continuity of essential Building and Engineering services in a complex environment
Planned & preventative maintenance attending and assessing breakdowns cleaning fault finding of Commercial and residential HVAC and refrigeration units
Working in remote Accommodation Villages including Temporary and Permanent Housing Commercial Kitchens Dining Rooms Laundry Office Buildings etc.
Prioritising works & meet rectification deadlines
Additional Allowances available such as On Call Allowance 3 Hour Min call out at penalty rates when required Nominee Allowance Leading Hand Allowance if applicable.

THE PERSON

Full ARCTICK Licence & WA Restricted Electrical Licence or working towards
Current CPR LVR & Police Check & Medical within 12 months
Current Australian Drivers Licence White Card
Well versed in all maintenance process and workplace health and safety regulations
Able to FIFO from Perth Airport & available for long-term ongoing rosters
