The Senior Manager Ethics & Business Conduct and Compliance Manager leads the companys Ethics and Business Conduct Program and HR-related compliance activities. This position will be located in our Fairfax VA office. Serving as the primary Business Conduct Officer for the division this role represents the organization on all ethics compliance and conduct-related matters while managing a team of investigators who handle employee concerns raised through multiple channels including employee reports Human Resources and the companys ethics hotline system. This leader drives a culture of responsible conduct accountability and trust through strong partnerships across HR Legal Security Quality and HII corporate.
