Job Summary

Position Responsibilities:
- Support to design and implement remuneration sales incentives promotions campaigns that drive sales along with the company strategy
- Conduct analysis to support promotions and campaigns to create incremental values to the business
- Review the initiatives from financial risk operational and effectiveness perspective obtain approval for the business case
- Understand the business needs to design short term or medium term remuneration and incentives programs to drive changes in achieving the business objective
- Work with operation team to formulate an optimal solution to implement the ideas
- Discuss programs initiatives build and maintain good relationship with distribution channels
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration/Accounting/Economics/Actuarial Science with at least 8 years work experience in insurance industry
- Strong analytical skills proficiency in numbers
- Proficient in MS Office application in particular MS Excel application for conducting data analytics
- Self-motivated and committed to deliver quality results with open-mind to new ideas
- Good presentation skills and interpersonal skills
