Your opportunity
As our new Reception Class Teacher you will take the lead in planning and delivering highquality engaging lessons that promote strong early learning and inspire every child to thrive. You will create a nurturing inclusive classroom environment where children feel safe confident and excited to explore ensuring learning is welldifferentiated and supports all abilities including those with SEND.
The role involves effective use of assessment to monitor progress set ambitious targets and adapt teaching accordingly as well as maintaining high standards of behaviour communication and wellbeing. You will work closely with parents carers and external agencies contribute to school-wide initiatives and play an active part in staff meetings professional development and the wider life of our Outstanding school community.
