Job Summary

As a Reception Team Member you are the face of our hotel and the first impression for every guest.

You will be responsible for delivering friendly efficient and professional service at all times ensuring every guest feels welcomed supported and valued from check-in to check-out.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Managing guest arrivals and departures smoothly
  • Handling reservations payments and guest accounts accurately
  • Answering and transferring calls professionally
  • Providing clear information and promoting hotel services
  • Maintaining guest confidentiality and security procedures
  • Supporting communication between departments
  • Resolving guest queries with confidence and care
  • Ensuring smooth handovers between shifts

You will work as part of a close-knit team supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive high-performance environment.


Qualifications :

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Friendly reliable and customer-focused
  • Confident communicating in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Comfortable using computer systems and booking platforms
  • Well organised with strong attention to detail
  • Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing situations
  • A strong team player with a positive attitude
  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience is desirable but not essential full training provided

Most importantly: you enjoy helping people and take pride in doing things properly.
