Montessori Teacher - Level 3 Early Years Up to 35000

Each day involves active teaching in a Montessori setting that values independence curiosity and consistency. Youll be responsible for planning observations and written reports with the freedom to shape learning experiences that genuinely reflect the children in your care. Strong communication with colleagues and parents is a regular part of the role.

Before You Apply

This role requires recent Montessori classroom experience in an early years setting.
A Level 3 Early Years qualification with Montessori training is essential.
This position is not suitable for candidates without experience completing observations and written reports.

What Youll Need

Level 3 Early Years qualification
Montessori Qualification
Proven experience working as a Montessori Teacher in an early years setting
Confidence completing observations assessments and written reports
Strong understanding of EYFS and Montessori curriculum requirements
Ability to work independently and as part of a professional team

Plan and deliver learning activities aligned with EYFS and Montessori principles
Complete accurate observations assessments and written reports
Maintain a prepared Montessori environment that supports independent learning
Monitor childrens progress and adapt planning accordingly
Communicate clearly with parents about daily activities and development
Follow safeguarding health and safety policies at all times
