MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- SALARY ON OFFER:R11 500 FUEL ALLOWANCE R1 500 PER MONTH
- START DATE:01 MARCH 2026
- Matric
- Tertiary Qualification (Advantageous)
- Minimum of 5 years packaging and inventory hands-on experience ESSENTIAL
- MUST HAVE OWN VEHICLE & DRIVERS LICENCE ESSENTIAL
- Physically fit to perform physical packaging of products for distribution in warehouse
- Highly experienced with Inventory Software for printing of labels updating order statuses and capturing of shipments & deliveries
- Computer proficient on MS Outlook MS Excel and Inventory ERP software
- Contactable references and solid work history
- Must be customer-centric with strong work ethic in a high paced environment
- Must have excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail efficient and able to work independently
- Own reliable vehicle / arranged transport to site based in Greenbushes
- Must be available immediately(no notice applicable)

Duties & Responsibilities
KEY PERFORMANCE DUTIES & JOB FUNCTIONS
- ATTENTION TO DETAIL
Pay close attention to product details
Ensure packaging instructions are correct as per SOP
Order accuracy critical for dispatching of products
Ensure correct products are packaged safely and correctly
Ensure Orders are shipped correctly
- DISCIPLINED & ORGANISATION SKILLS
Disciplined and systematic coupled with excellent systems to ensure smooth operations
Organize products efficiently
Maintain neat workspace and work platforms
Keep efficient track of multiple orders simultaneously
Ensure timely fulfilment of orders
- TIME MANAGEMENT
Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Ensure that orders and tasks assigned are completed efficiently
Meet deadlines and maintain productivity
- PHYSICAL STAMINA & FIT TO PERFORM MAIN FUNCTION OF POSITION
Candidate to be physically fit and possess stamina to perform the main duties of the role
Packaging and fulfilling orders as per client orders received in minimal time frame
Role will encompass standing for long periods of time
Lifting boxes and moving inventory stock will be required
Physical stamina and endurance will be a prerequisite for this position
- COMPUTER LITERACY
Good computer skills will be required for this role
Efficiency on inventory software
Printing of shipping labels for orders to be dispatched
Updating order statuses on software will be required timeously
- RELIABILITY & DEPENDABILITY
Incumbent must be reliable and report for duty on time
Perform duties consistently and according to demand of the position

- ACCURACY & PRECISION
Precision in counting inventory stock and packing orders
Accurate with labelling of products
Minimize returns and customer complaints
- ATTENTION TO SAFETY
Follow health and safety protocols according to OHS Act and SOP
Ensure proper lifting techniques are adhered to prevent personal injury
Ensure that protective clothing is worn at all times
Ensure that accidents are prevented by following procedure
- CUSTOMER CENTRIC
Understanding the importance of customer satisfaction
Taking pride in providing quality products and services to clients
Ensure excellent customer service with each order and shipment to increase revenue and ensure repeat customer retention
