KEY PERFORMANCE DUTIES & JOB FUNCTIONS
Pay close attention to product details
Ensure packaging instructions are correct as per SOP
Order accuracy critical for dispatching of products
Ensure correct products are packaged safely and correctly
Ensure Orders are shipped correctly
Disciplined and systematic coupled with excellent systems to ensure smooth operations
Organize products efficiently
Maintain neat workspace and work platforms
Keep efficient track of multiple orders simultaneously
Ensure timely fulfilment of orders
Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Ensure that orders and tasks assigned are completed efficiently
Meet deadlines and maintain productivity
Candidate to be physically fit and possess stamina to perform the main duties of the role
Packaging and fulfilling orders as per client orders received in minimal time frame
Role will encompass standing for long periods of time
Lifting boxes and moving inventory stock will be required
Physical stamina and endurance will be a prerequisite for this position
Good computer skills will be required for this role
Efficiency on inventory software
Printing of shipping labels for orders to be dispatched
Updating order statuses on software will be required timeously
Incumbent must be reliable and report for duty on time
Perform duties consistently and according to demand of the position
Take full responsibility for work
Adapt to changes and needs of the business and the procedures
Adapt to work volume and product types
Adapt to work flow of warehouse environment
Precision in counting inventory stock and packing orders
Accurate with labelling of products
Minimize returns and customer complaints
Follow health and safety protocols according to OHS Act and SOP
Ensure proper lifting techniques are adhered to prevent personal injury
Ensure that protective clothing is worn at all times
Ensure that accidents are prevented by following procedure
Understanding the importance of customer satisfaction
Taking pride in providing quality products and services to clients
Ensure excellent customer service with each order and shipment to increase revenue and ensure repeat customer retention
MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
R11 500 SALARY ON OFFER R1 500 FUEL ALLOWANCE
MUST HAVE OWN RELIABLE VEHCILE AND DRIVERS LICENCE
