Our client a global leader in the action sports and performance apparel industry is seeking a Digital Commerce Manager to drive their D2C agenda. This role manages all digital commerce platforms develops growth strategies and ensures seamless integration across own-ecommerce third-party and quick commerce channels.
Oversee integration and operation of all digital commerce platforms
Maintain platform content to reflect current promotions and product offerings
Coordinate with IT to resolve technical issues and implement UX improvements
Identify and recruit new accounts; negotiate terms and manage key stakeholder relationships
Develop short-term and long-term digital commerce plans aligned with business goals
Coordinate with supply chain to optimize inventory and ensure product availability
Set KPIs monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights
Manage pricing strategies and execute promotional campaigns
Skills & Experience (Not negotiable):
Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field
Proven experience in Account Management and/or the eCommerce sector
Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms marketplaces and online retail trends
Excellent negotiation communication and stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
Proficiency in eCommerce analytics tools and Microsoft Office suite
