- Education:Bachelors Degree (S1) inCivil Engineeringfrom a reputable university.
- Professional Certification:Must possess a validSKK Ahli Utama Teknik Bangunan Gedung (Level 9). This is a mandatory requirement for high-level technical leadership in building construction.
- Experience:Minimum of3 years of proven experiencespecifically in the role of Project Construction Manager or Team Leader for large-scale building projects.
