Performance Marketing Analyst

Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a technically adept Performance Marketing Analyst to join our team. This role is specifically designed for a data specialist who excels at using Adverity (or equivalent high-end marketing intelligence platforms) to automate the complex journey from raw marketing data to actionable executive insight.
You will be the Adverity Architect for our global regions responsible for configuring data streams managing complex mapping schemas for 100 schools and ensuring our regional marketing teams have the high-quality dashboards they need to make rapid data-driven investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Data Pipeline & Stream Development: Design build and maintain automated data streams for a variety of marketing platforms (Google Ads Meta HubSpot Google Analytics) into our central data warehouse.
  • Data Mapping & Architecture: Define and manage data mapping logic to ensure consistency across disparate regional data sources creating a single source of truth for global marketing metrics.
  • Complex Transformations: Develop and optimise SQL-based transformations to clean aggregate and model data for advanced analysis (e.g. attribution modelling ROI calculations and funnel analysis).
  • Performance Mapping: Develop logic to map regional campaign taxonomies to global standards ensuring that CPA or Conversion means the same thing whether the campaign is in London Dubai or Sao Paulo.
  • Advanced Visualisation & Dashboarding: Create intuitive executive-level dashboards that go beyond basic charts to provide actionable insights. Tailoring these views to help regional marketing teams identify performance bottlenecks in real-time.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a strategic partner to regional marketing teams translating their business questions into technical requirements and providing training on data-driven decision-making tools.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous data validation processes to ensure the highest level of data integrity and reliability across all reporting suites.
  • Support Standardisation: Support the process development and implementation of standardisation data collection calculations and methodologies across all schools.
Skills Qualifications and Experience
  • Education: Bachelors degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Computer Science Data Analytics Mathematics or Marketing Sciences).
  • Experience: 5 years in a Data Analytics or Performance Marketing role with at least 3 years of hands-on experience managing a marketing intelligence platform (Adverity Funnel etc.).
  • Experience using core digital marketing and CRM platforms (e.g. Google Analytics HubSpot Google Ads etc.)
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in automating manual reporting workloads and building global-scale marketing data pipelines.
  • Stakeholder Management: Experience working within diverse teams and translating business requirements into technical configurations.
  • Strong understanding of analysis and optimisation processes across key marketing platforms
  • Strong project management communication and organisational skills.
