Job Summary
Description
- Data Pipeline & Stream Development: Design build and maintain automated data streams for a variety of marketing platforms (Google Ads Meta HubSpot Google Analytics) into our central data warehouse.
- Data Mapping & Architecture: Define and manage data mapping logic to ensure consistency across disparate regional data sources creating a single source of truth for global marketing metrics.
- Complex Transformations: Develop and optimise SQL-based transformations to clean aggregate and model data for advanced analysis (e.g. attribution modelling ROI calculations and funnel analysis).
- Performance Mapping: Develop logic to map regional campaign taxonomies to global standards ensuring that CPA or Conversion means the same thing whether the campaign is in London Dubai or Sao Paulo.
- Advanced Visualisation & Dashboarding: Create intuitive executive-level dashboards that go beyond basic charts to provide actionable insights. Tailoring these views to help regional marketing teams identify performance bottlenecks in real-time.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a strategic partner to regional marketing teams translating their business questions into technical requirements and providing training on data-driven decision-making tools.
- Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous data validation processes to ensure the highest level of data integrity and reliability across all reporting suites.
- Support Standardisation: Support the process development and implementation of standardisation data collection calculations and methodologies across all schools.
- Education: Bachelors degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Computer Science Data Analytics Mathematics or Marketing Sciences).
- Experience: 5 years in a Data Analytics or Performance Marketing role with at least 3 years of hands-on experience managing a marketing intelligence platform (Adverity Funnel etc.).
- Experience using core digital marketing and CRM platforms (e.g. Google Analytics HubSpot Google Ads etc.)
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in automating manual reporting workloads and building global-scale marketing data pipelines.
- Stakeholder Management: Experience working within diverse teams and translating business requirements into technical configurations.
- Strong understanding of analysis and optimisation processes across key marketing platforms
- Strong project management communication and organisational skills.
