Job Summary
Role: Analyst
Location: Andheri (East) Mumbai
Job Description:
To create & analyse Financial models and periodic cash-flows of real estate projects
Making business plans and conducting due diligence of new project proposals
To create & review weekly/ monthly/ quarterly MIS of existing projects
Preparing business presentations and tie ups with internal and external stakeholders
Reading analysing and making amendments to legal documents (on the job training)
To monitor all the tasks delegated by the reporting manager and ensure that all tasks are achieved by the agreed deadlines
To coordinate and follow up with different departments at client side and ensure that project deliverables are achieved on time
Assist the reporting manager with inputs and data required for making strategic decisions
Drafting all types of general letters & mails
Requirement:
MBA with specialization in Finance
A logical and creative approach to problem solving
Strong MS-Office skills
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Enthusiasm commitment and attention to detail are essential
Prior experience in real estate or finance profile is an added advantage
