Job Summary

Marketing Executive JOB Description

The Marketing Executive will support the B2B bakeries business by driving market intelligence enabling strong product communication and ensuring effective execution of marketing initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with Sales R&D external vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver data-driven timely and high-quality marketing support for the dry mix and bakery ingredients portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market & Data Intelligence

a) Monitor competitor activity pricing and portfolio movements within the bakery ingredients and dry mix category.

b) Track industry trends emerging technologies and evolving dynamics in the B2B bakery ecosystem.

c) Gather market intelligence from sales teams and external sources and convert insights into actionable inputs.

2. Product & Content Marketing

a) Create compelling B2B selling stories for new product launches (NPDs) highlighting product benefits competitive advantage and application relevance.

b)Develop and maintain product manuals training content and technical-commercial documentation.

c)Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for the creation and updating of marketing assets such as brochures POSM presentations and training materials.

d)Manage social media initiatives wherever applicable for the B2B business in line with brand guidelines.

3. Events & Training Support

a) Provide marketing support for customer-facing events bakery activations and industry exhibitions.

b)Plan and execute online and offline product training programs for the Sales team to enhance product knowledge and selling effectiveness.

4. Project Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration

a) Assist the Associate Marketing Manager in managing marketing projects and timelines.

b) Collaborate closely with R&D and Sales teams to translate technical and product insights into clear market-relevant messaging.

c) Ensure timely and effective execution of marketing initiatives through structured stakeholder coordination and follow-ups.

5. Marketing Operations & Governance

a)Manage the packaging management software including artwork development approvals and version control as per business requirements.

b)Track marketing budget utilization and maintain accurate expenditure records

c)Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance for all marketing activities and initiatives.

d)Maintain and update the brand website content related to the B2B bakeries business.
