Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your HR operations expertise in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Youll work alongside supportive and driven teammates.
Youll play a key role in ensuring seamless HR operations and benefit administration making a meaningful impact by supporting employees managers and HR Business Partners in Thailand. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (such as HRBP Managers and Employees) manage benefit administration activities and provide front-end support for HR operations in Thailand and much more.
Youll specifically take care of handling non-standard HR service requests managing benefit-related processes and supporting audits and projects but also driving process improvements and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Well look to you for:
Ensuring all work aspects are completed in line with SLA requirements
Managing escalations and progressing requests on hold
Providing exceptional customer service and fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders
Overseeing benefit administration activities such as health check-ups insurance processes and claims management
Supporting pre-employment medical checks and issuing employee letters for financial support
Driving projects to improve processes systems and standards
Coordinating and supporting internal and external HR audits
Educating stakeholders on HR tools and processes

A university degree
5-7 years of experience in HR operations
Exposure to HR life cycle processes benefit administration analytics and reporting
