About the Role
As the HR Executive you will support the overall HR operations of the resort ensuring compliance with Thai labour laws company policies and RIU brand standards.
You will play a key role in recruitment employee engagement payroll coordination training support and HR administration contributing to a positive workplace culture and the successful pre-opening of the resort.
As part of the pre-opening HR team you will help build a strong foundation for the resorts people and culture strategy and long-term operational success.
What Youll Do
Support end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing interviewing coordination onboarding and pre-opening mass hiring activities.
Ensure compliance with Thai Labour Laws company policies and HR best practices.
Maintain accurate employee records contracts and HR documentation.
Assist in payroll preparation attendance tracking leave management.
Coordinate employee onboarding orientation programmes and training sessions.
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities.
What Were Looking For
Experience: Minimum 24 years of experience in Human Resources operations with at least 1 year in a similar role within a 4 or 5-star hotel or resort environment. Pre-opening experience is an added advantage.
Skills: Strong knowledge of Thai labour laws. Excellent organizing skills communication skills and proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
Education/Certifications: Degree or a diploma in HR Hospitality Management or a related field.
Other Requirements: Strong command of English (spoken and written) & Thai is a must.
