Job Qualifications:
  • Education:Bachelors degree inCivil Engineering Architecture orBusiness Managementfrom a reputable university.
  • Experience:Minimum of 510 years of experience in business development or sales within theconstruction commercial building or heavy infrastructuresectors.
  • Industry Knowledge:Deep understanding of theproject lifecycle(from feasibility studies to handover) and familiarity with public procurement frameworks and government tender processes.
  • Strategic Network:A proven track record and an established network withproperty developers government agencies (e.g. Ministry of Public Works) SOEs (BUMN) and international consultants.
  • Soft Skills:Exceptionalnegotiation and presentation skills; must be fluent in both English and Indonesian.
  • Analytical Ability:Strong skills in market research financial modeling and competitor analysis to identify high-value opportunities.
  • Tools Proficiency:Proficient in usingCRM softwaresuch asSalesforceorHubSpotto manage the sales pipeline.
Job Responsibilities:
  1. Market Intelligence: Conduct high-level industry research to identify emerging trends and monitor nationally strategic infrastructure projects.
  2. Lead Generation:Proactively hunt for new business leads through networking industry events and digital platforms likeLinkedIn.
  3. Tender Management:Lead the preparation of winning proposals includingExpressions of Interest (EOI) Pre-Qualifications (PQ) and formal tender submissions.
  4. Stakeholder Management:Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers investors and potential consortium partners.
  5. Strategic Growth:Develop and execute annual business growth plans setting clearKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)such as win rates and revenue targets.
  6. Contract Negotiation:Direct the negotiation and closing of deals ensuring all contracts meet legal standards and corporate profitability goals.
  7. Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely withTechnical Estimating and Legal teamsto ensure proposed solutions are feasible and competitive.
  8. Reporting:Provide regular updates to senior management on pipeline health sales forecasts and market positioning.
