Work Arrangement

Role can site remotely anywhere in the U.S. unless you are within 50 miles of a GM hub. If you are within 50 miles of one of our GM hubs in Mountain View CA Warren MI or Austin TX you will be required to work a Hybrid schedule - 3 days a week onsite.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze complexpeopledata and deliver clear actionable insights to support strategic talent decisions across multiple business units.

  • Work independently todeterminethe best analytical approach for each project while collaborating closely with People Analytics Consultants.

  • Present findings and recommendations to business leaders in a compelling accessible way.

  • Support projects related to organizational health hiring and retention workforce planning employee experience and more.

  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of People Analytics solutions by sharing feedback and ideas.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously prioritizing work that drives the greatest impact forthe business.

Requirements

  • 3years of client-facing (internal or external) People Analytics or Human Capital Consulting experience.

  • Strong analytical skills withproficiencyin inferential statistics (e.g. correlation regression) and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Experience with analytics tools such as Excel Power BI SQL R or Python (advanced toolspreferred butnot).

  • Solid understanding of HR data and employee lifecycle processes (talent acquisition development workforce planning employee listening etc.).

  • Strong data analytics skills with the ability toleveragemultiple internal and external data sources to enable data-driven insights and inform strategic talent decisions.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to business leaders.

  • Bachelorsdegree with a quantitative focus (e.g. Mathematics Statistics IO Psychology) and/or a degree in HR is a plus.

  • Proven ability to work independently in a fastpaced dynamic environment managing multiple concurrent projects and adapting to shifting priorities whilemaintaininghigh standardsof quality.
