As a Skiptown Support Skipper youll set the tone for every guest experience. From greeting clients and answering questions to managing bookings and supporting smooth check-ins and check-outs youll make sure everything runs seamlessly at the front desk. If you love helping people staying organized and creating great first impressions this role is for you.
What Youll Do:
- Welcome guests warmly and provide prompt friendly service
- Answer questions about services memberships pricing and events
- Assist with daycare boarding and grooming check-ins and check-outs
- Manage bookings and reservations using Skiptowns software
- Process payments for services memberships and retail sales
- Promote Skiptown memberships services and special offers
- Keep the front desk and lobby clean organized and guest-ready
- Communicate updates and important information between guests and team members
- Document and escalate guest concerns or incidents as needed

- Youre organized and can manage multiple tasks at once
- Youre calm under pressure and great at problem-solving

- Customer service hospitality or front desk/concierge experience
- Experience in a pet care environment or knowledge of pet services
- Familiarity with scheduling or booking software
Musts & Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand walk and move for extended periods during shifts
- Ability to safely lift and handle up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable working in an environment with dogs pet hair and occasional messes
