Job Summary
Job Title : Associate Vice President
Experience : 15-20 Years
Location : Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities
- Technically sound on C C Java Linux RDBMS (Oracle) OS real time messaging and inter process communication concepts.
- Finance domain knowledge especially worked on Stock Market related applications or large Banking systems.
- Strong skills in software maintenance monitoring production support and software deployment.
- Ability to lead Tools Technology Production Operations and On-site Support teams.
- Knowledge of complete software development cycle Maintenance and Operations.
- Expertise in application monitoring concepts and Tools.
- Should have handled IT operations for mission critical systems with high up-time SLAs.
- Should have exposure to major deployment and migration projects.
- Vendor management for service level compliance and delivery.
- Should have worked on critical and demanding applications. Should have orientation towards planning / enhance IT operations processes for achieving error free operations.
- Experience on real time projects applications.
- Excellent problem solving and time-management skills
- Strong analytical skills and clear understanding of performance metrics.
- Ability to perform autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and other stake holders.
- Should have lead a team of at least 20 people and good understanding of people management.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework.
