Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Software Developer (Fresher) who is eager to learn and build real-world applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in programming concepts problem-solving skills and a willingness to work in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Write clean efficient and well-documented code.
Assist in developing testing and maintaining web or software applications.
Participate in code reviews and team meetings.
Debug and troubleshoot application issues.
Learn new technologies and frameworks as required by the project.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA UI/UX and senior developers.
Follow company coding standards and best practices.
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java / Python / JavaScript / C.
Understanding of OOPS concepts and Data Structures.
Familiarity with HTML CSS and basic frontend/backend concepts.
Knowledge of databases (MySQL PostgreSQL or MongoDB).
Basic understanding of Git/version control.
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
BE / BTech / BCA / MCA / BSc IT or related field.
Internship or academic project experience is a plus.
Knowledge of frameworks like React .
Exposure to APIs and basic deployment concepts.
