Job Summary

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in field sales with a strong track record of meeting targets and achieving business growth.
  • Hands-on experience in chemical sales demonstrating strong knowledge of industry-specific products and sales strategies. (Mandatory skill)
  • Proficiency in lead generation techniques with the ability to identify and engage potential clients effectively.
  • Strong negotiation skills to close deals and manage contracts with clients ensuring beneficial outcomes for all parties.
  • Excellent communication skills particularly in conducting cold calls and turning prospects into sales opportunities.
  • Familiarity with sales management processes and the ability to maintain accurate and organized sales reports.
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve sales goals and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive attitude and ability to adapt to different scenarios and challenges in a rapidly changing sales environment.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the companys client base.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and explore new sales opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients providing them with high-quality customer service and support.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients showcasing the value of our services.
  • Negotiate contract terms and agreements to maximize profits and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Monitor competitor activities market conditions and industry trends to adapt sales strategies appropriately.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs and promote company growth.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
