About the role

As an Operations Coordinator you will contribute to a broad range ofoperational functionsthat underpin the Legal Branchs strategic and daytoday activities. You will apply your knowledge of IT and systems to enhance request management and knowledge management platforms andsupport project planning and delivery bymaintainingdocumentation monitoring risks and issues preparing reports and tracking resources.

The role also involvesidentifyingopportunities for process improvementand driving their implementationthroughclear wellstructured communications that support collaboration and alignment withkey priorities for the Team and Branch. You willcoordinatebusiness services such as reporting procurement systemaccessand records management ensuring compliance with relevant ability to buildandmaintainproductive relationships with stakeholdersis an integral part of this roleto enable you toestablisheffectiveinformation flowsleadconsultations and working groups andensure effective collaboration with the Branch and Leadership team.

About you

You will bring strong organisational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver highquality outcomes. You will be confident working with business systems and knowledge management tools and comfortable navigating IT platforms to support operational improvements. Your communication skills will enable you to tailor messages to diverse audiences write clearly and concisely and engage effectively withinternal and external stakeholders.

You willdemonstratesound analytical capability using research and evidence to inform recommendations andidentifypractical solutions. You will be proactivecollaborativeand adaptable contributing positively to a small highperforming team. A commitment to integrity professionalism and continuous improvement will be essential along with the ability to work independently while supporting broader branchobjectives.
