They are responsible for troubleshooting technical issues managing system upgrades implementing security measures and providing technical support to users. Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Management: Installing configuring and maintaining hardware (servers routers switches) and software.
System Security & Maintenance: Monitoring system performance performing backups and implementing firewalls/security measures.
Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving hardware software and network issues.
User Support & Administration: Setting up user accounts troubleshooting user issues and providing training.
Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of system configurations network diagrams and IT inventory.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in networking (DNS DHCP VLANs) operating systems (Windows/Linux) and cloud services (AWS Azure).
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to diagnose and repair technical issues.
