Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Plan execute and monitor Zoho implementation projects
Define project scope objectives timelines and deliverables
Coordinate between sales technical and client teams
Analyze business processes and map requirements to Zoho solutions
Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure quality assurance testing and validation of solutions
Conduct regular client meetings and status reporting
Manage project budgets and resource allocation
Ensure documentation of processes workflows and configurations
Mentor and guide implementation team members

Requirements
Proven experience managing Zoho implementation or SaaS projects
