Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage recruitment and selection processes
- Conduct structured interviews and competency-based assessments
- Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs
- Manage onboarding and probation frameworks
- Establish performance management systems (KPIs reviews documentation)
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal governance standards
- Support culture-building and conflict resolution
- Maintain confidential employee records
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years HR experience
- Experience working in an NGO or non-profit (strong advantage)
- Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- Strong knowledge of recruitment employee relations and performance systems
- High integrity and discretion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Structured and process-driven mindset
