Job Summary

We are seeking a structured detail-oriented HR Officer with a minimum of 2 years hands-on HR experience. Experience working within an NGO or mission-driven organization will be a strong advantage.

The ideal candidate must be able to build systems not just manage people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and manage recruitment and selection processes
  • Conduct structured interviews and competency-based assessments
  • Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs
  • Manage onboarding and probation frameworks
  • Establish performance management systems (KPIs reviews documentation)
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal governance standards
  • Support culture-building and conflict resolution
  • Maintain confidential employee records

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years HR experience
  • Experience working in an NGO or non-profit (strong advantage)
  • Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment employee relations and performance systems
  • High integrity and discretion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Structured and process-driven mindset
