We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry & Administrative Specialist to support daily operations by managing data maintaining records and handling general administrative tasks. This role is perfect for someone whos organized accurate and loves keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enter update and maintain data in internal systems and databases
- Verify accuracy of data and correct errors or inconsistencies
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Generate basic reports spreadsheets and summaries as needed
- Ensure data confidentiality and follow data security guidelines
