Summary:

• Build and combine data sources to produce extracts supporting analytics research

• Maintain and improve process efficiency using standard methods tools and metrics

• Interpret analyze and integrate internal and external data to provide actionable recommendations

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with peers managers and leadership

• Understand site-wide analytics and metrics and their associated objectives and processes

• Provide feedback on assessment results identify improvement opportunities and assess potential risks

• Model accountability and drive proactive problem-solving

• Coordinate workforce approvals deviations or changes as required

• Implement strategies and plans at the appropriate organizational level

• Foster collaboration across teams and leadership levels

• Promote continuous improvement and process excellence

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field

• 1 years experience using Microsoft Excel (formulas VLOOKUPs pivot tables charts filters linking worksheets)

• 1 years experience analyzing data and making recommendations based on findings

• Experience working in fast-paced team environments with strong communication skills

• 1 years experience managing multiple projects prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines

• Strong analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Frequent walking on flat surfaces

• Ability to go up and down stairs

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
