We have an IMMEDIATE HIRING NEED for the following position:

Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant/ Part-time Per diem

Job Description:
As a home health Physical Therapist Assistant your responsibilities will be to assess patients condition and perform home health visits while following the plan of care developed by the supervising RPT document patient care services and progress/decline in electronic system perform therapeutic procedures through manual exercises/gait/mobility aids and report patient progress to patient/caregivers/physician/agency office as needed.

Job Requirements:
  • Must have successfully completed at least a FL-approved PTA associates degree program from an industry-accredited institution.
  • Must have reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance.
  • Must successfully complete a Level II background check prior to offer and initiation of training.
  • Must complete a competency check and all orientation prior to initiating patient care.
Current FL State PTA license is required.

We serve the following counties: Lake Sumter Citrus and Hernando

Job Type: Per diem Contract (1099)


Pay: Per visit; Varies based on experience
