Job Title: GAIN Clinical Specialist Aesthetics
Location: Field position within Benelux

GAIN (Galderma Aesthetic Injector Network) isGaldermaseducation platform for medical professionals designed to train injectors on the latest techniques for Galdermas aesthetic portfolio. It offers in-person workshops online training and peer-to-peer networking focusing on safety and personalized results.

Job description:

Galderma promotes several products to Medical Aesthetic professionals including leading botulinumtoxins and a range of facial fillers and biostimulators. It is critical to ensure that our customers are trained appropriatelyon Galdermas products so that they can use them correctly and maintain high standards.

TheClinical Specialists role is to provide hands-on support to Medical Aesthetic customers across Benelux in the use of Galdermas non-surgical products. This role will ensure that practitioners are competentto use Galdermas range of products safely and effectively.

They will support the sales representatives in their designated regions in delivering clinical support totheir customers.

This position reports to the GAIN Medical Aesthetic Education Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
In collaboration with our sales team identify customers who will benefit from more technical/clinicalhands-on product support and work in clinic with those customers to drive confidence in the use ofGaldermas non-surgical range.
Support will be tailored to the needs of the customer but examples may include: Using the rightproducts for the treatment required Filler techniques - Needle and cannula Reconstitution Hands-on injection techniques.

• Support Health Care Practitioners (HCPs) with technical training as it relates to any new product launch(reconstitution marking up injection techniques follow up) and the different injection techniques adoption.

• Reinforce the science behind Galdermas product portfolio and articulate its benefits to the customer

• Evaluate if a customer is ready for the next stage of Galdermas educational will enable learning at the correct pace for the customer

• Attend relevant trainings to keep own product knowledge and clinical knowledge tothe highest standards

• Support the sales representatives with product and clinical training towards customers

• Collaborate with the Galderma GAIN Manager to deliver the Benelux GAIN strategy and its educational goals

• Engage with KOLs & GAIN trainers provide support during educational events & meetings

• The clinical specialist is only allowed to engage in on-label discussions and supportcustomers in their clinical practice providing guidance and without performingtreatments.

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of medical aesthetic injectables

• Experience in the commercial healthcare sector in delivering clinical support toHealthcare practitioners.

• Excellent knowledge of the medical community

• Teaching ability and excellent communication & presentation skills.

• Strong oral and written communication skills to convey complex issues and influence others.

• Nurse medical background preferred

• Driver license is mandatory

• Proficiency in English and Dutch. Knowledge of French would be an asset.

• Demonstrated hands-on approach with high flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced dynamic business environment.
