Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive with strong experience in accounting taxation and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience working with a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm possess sound knowledge of TDS GST invoicing and Tally and be capable of preparing financial and balance sheets independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities including accounts payable receivable and bank reconciliations.
- Handle TDS calculations deductions and returns filing.
- Manage GST calculations monthly/quarterly returns and compliance including reconciliation with GSTR 2A/2B.
- Generate and manage client invoicing accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare and maintain financial sheets and balance sheets for internal and statutory purposes.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry in Tally and other accounting systems.
- Assist in budget preparation financial forecasting and cash flow management.
- Coordinate with auditors and external consultants during audits and financial reviews.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and support business operations.
- Monitor and maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Commerce Finance or a related field.
- Minimum 13 years of experience with at least 2 years in a CA firm.
- Strong knowledge of TDS GST Invoicing and general taxation rules.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP and advanced MS Excel.
- Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Preferred Experience:
- Hands-on experience in preparing financial statements and balance sheets.
- Familiarity with e-way bills statutory audits and compliance filings.
- Exposure to ERP systems and automation tools will be an added advantage.
Working Conditions:
- Night shift hours 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
