Job Description

The Customer Service Representative engages with customers through inbound and outbound calls and/or online channels. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and/or technical support by resolving routine inquiries and issues related to client products and services. WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

As a Customer Service Representative youll:

  • Receive incoming contacts from customers interested in purchasing/researching travel by following standard scripts and procedures.

  • Determine customer reservation needs and preferences by utilizing established question and answer techniques

  • Greet and converse with customers in a courteous friendly and professional manner.

  • Make recommendations based on the customer needs and preferences.( air hotel car and ancillary travel products)

  • Research travel rates destinations options and packages for customers.

  • Process travel transactions by entering accurate and complete reservation information into the relevant systems

  • Read legal scripts verbatim while maintaining sales and quality standards.

  • Professionally and accurately support customer requests for itinerary changes or cancellations.

  • Correctly answer general travel and site related questions from customers

  • Deliver expert customer experienceswith a smile.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Your skills integrity knowledge and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative role include:

  • High school degree or equivalent (required)

  • Travel savvy: passion / experience with travel

  • Sales/service experience in retail sales service or other helping business (preferred)

  • Willingness to work flexible shifts ( Mon-Fri 8am-1am AST Sat-Sun 8am-10pm AST)

  • TICO certification (preferred)

  • GDS experience for Service Agents (preferred

  • Proficiency in a multi-system environment

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Typing 35 wpm as verified by a formal test

  • Excellent computer skills and eagerness to excel at technical systems and internal tools

  • Eagerness to learn new technologies
