Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to deliver exceptional service and ensure seamless customer experience. You will engage with customers vendors and internal departments via phone and email to provide product information confirm orders and resolve inquiries. Youll manage sales order data track shipments and ensure timely fulfillment while maintaining strong relationships through clear proactive communication.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Engaging with customers via phone email or in person to provide product information confirm stock quote prices and process orders
- Accurately entering and managing sales orders
- Handling a high volume of customer emails and inquiries efficiently
- Guiding customers in selecting products and recommending complementary solutions including EQUIP power supplies network switches and more
- Building and maintaining strong proactive relationships through clear and interactive communication
- Tracking orders and shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Resolving customer complaints or claims promptly with appropriate solutions
- Ensuring all orders reflect accurate pricing and comply with quoted agreements
- Issuing credits and adjustments when needed
- Meeting or exceeding individual and team Customer Service KPIs
- Performing additional duties as assigned
Required Skills and Abilities
- Highly organized with excellent time management and strong attention to detail
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining high accuracy
- Skilled at multitasking and adjusting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook) and experienced with ERP systems (SAP knowledge is a plus)
- Confident communicator both one-on-one and in group settings with strong verbal and written skills
- Collaborative team player who can also work independently
- Flexible adaptable and ready to embrace changing priorities
- Committed to accuracy quality and delivering great results
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent GED.
- 2-3 years customer service experience.
- 1-2 years data entry experience (preferred).
Work Location: On Site (Shift time: 7:30am to 4pm 5 days a week)
City: Surrey
Type: Full-time Permanent
Salary: $42000 - $60000 CAD
This range reflects the minimum and maximum target payable for the base salary of new hires across all Canadian locations. Actual compensation may vary outside this range and is dependent on various factors.
