Join our nationally recognised insurance practice in Sydney and work alongside partners and senior lawyers across multiple states primarily on personal injuries and sensitive claims matters.

Our team advises a diverse and well-established client base including insurers government bodies churches and educational institutions.

About You

We are seeking an Associate with:

• At least 3 years experience in personal injuries claims with demonstrated expertise in handling sensitive claims
• Strong knowledge of civil procedure and litigation processes
• Proven ability to thoroughly and sensitively interrogate evidence addressing both liability and quantum considerations
• Excellent organisational skills and a track record of successfully managing a varied claims portfolio
• A client-centric approach with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues clients and industry professionals
• A collaborative working style and the ability to thrive in a team environment
• Resilience commitment to excellence and dedication to delivering high-quality outcomes
• Pride in your work and a genuine interest in contributing to our firms success
