Job Summary

Hall & Prior Health & Aged Care Groupis a family-owned aged care provider operating 36 residential aged care homes with in-home and community care programs in WA and NSW. We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst - HR Systems to join our ICT team on a full-time basis based out of our corporate office in West Perth. We are offering between 120k -135k super

About the role

Reporting to Senior Manager ICT Applications you will be responsible for ensuring our HR Information System is secure efficient and aligned with our organisations goals optimising the day-to-day workflows of our HR and Payroll team. This role will also assist with any technical queries relating to our HRIS as well as providing guidance and support for any optimisations and enhancements within the system.

What youll need to succeed

To be successful in the role youll need to possess the following:

  • Experience in managing changes to HRIS processes or systems including user acceptance testing and feedback collection
  • Familiarity with HR processes such as recruitment onboarding performance management and employee relations
  • Previous experience in training staff on HRIS functionalities and providing ongoing technical support
  • SQL database management analysis and reporting
  • Experience providing technical support to HR staff and end-users addressing system-related issues and inquiries
  • National Police Clearance (obtained in last six months)
  • Evidence of 2024 Influenza vaccination (or be willing to obtain)
  • Full working rights in Australia
