BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION: This position provides administrative support by performing complex and varied office tasks. The role requires the use of independent judgement initiative and discretion in making decisions on a wide range of matters.
Primary responsibilities include:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication and customer service skills strong attention to detail and accuracy and the ability to interpret and apply laws rules and regulations in diverse situations. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Training education or experience in office and administrative support work that demonstrates 1) competency in applying a proficient knowledge of modern office practices to perform advanced administrative support tasks requiring specialized skills and 2) the ability to use independent judgment initiative and discretion to make determinations on varied matters.
