From initial enquiry to final execution youll help create unforgettable experiences that reflect Nobus crafted hospitality and signature style.
You will
- Respond to client and colleague enquiries via phone and email with warmth and professionalism
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings through genuine friendly communication
- Book and coordinate show rounds for prospective clients
- Maintain accurate client records and build strong relationships
- Negotiate contracts and packages to maximise revenue
- Collaborate with the Director of Events and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Work closely with the Executive Chef and F&B Director to tailor event offerings
- Plan and organise events from start to finish ensuring every detail is in place
- Create detailed function sheets and BEOs for operational clarity
- Conduct pre and post-event evaluations and report outcomes
- Propose ideas to improve service and event quality
- Understand and promote all F&B and event offerings upselling where appropriate
- Support and train new team members fostering a collaborative environment
- Attend team briefings and contribute insights for continuous improvement
- Liaise effectively with all departments to ensure seamless coordination
- Act as an ambassador for Nobu values of Family Crafted Smile and Kokoro
- Demonstrate a proactive positive approach to work and guest care
- Suggest improvements to enhance accuracy efficiency and guest satisfaction
