JOB DESCRIPTION:
工作内容
- 负责目标客户连锁药店终端的维护和上量达成销售指标完成KPI
- 按要求完成目标终端的铺货陈列产品维价库存管理等
- 组织执行产品推广活动包括店员培训患者教育等推动动销提升品牌形象
- 跟进评估项目执行效果寻找区域内业务拓展机会
- 收集市场信息与产品用户反馈定期向上级经理汇报计划及执行情况
- 熟悉产品知识认真参与内部培训并完成考核
- 完成公司规定的各类报表
岗位要求
- 大专及以上医学药学类相关专业学历
- 三年以上OTC销售经验有连锁院边药房客户资源优先
- 良好的逻辑思维能力沟通能力
- 高度的责任心高效的执行力能承受一定的压力
- 积极的学习能力对于公司产品的相关领域知识能积极学习并熟练掌握
- 能够熟练使用相关的办公软件 word/excel/PPT等
