Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and analyticalPricing Managerto lead pricing strategy and execution for our portfolio of assisted reproductive products/services. This role is critical in navigating complex healthcare policies optimizing price positioning across provincial procurement platforms (Sunshine Procurement) and enabling commercial success through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will combine policy expertise pricing analytics and cross-functional collaboration to ensure competitive market access in Chinas evolving ART landscape.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions &Responsibilities:
- Policy Monitoring & Analysis
- Track and interpret national/provincial healthcare policies (NMPA NHSA provincial pricing bureaus) impacting ART pricing and reimbursement.
- Forecast policy shifts (e.g. centralized procurement reimbursement reforms) and assess impact on pricing strategies.
- Sunshine Procurement Price Management
- Lead provincial price filing negotiation and maintenance across all platforms to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
- Develop dynamic pricing tactics for new product launches and portfolio expansions.
- Data Analytics & Strategy Formulation
- Analyze provincial tender/price data to identify trends risks and opportunities.
- Generate pricing insights and actionable recommendations to optimize revenue market share and access.
- Commercial Collaboration
- Partner with Sales teams to align pricing strategies with field execution providing tools/training for tender bidding and contract implementation.
- Support key account negotiations with pricing analytics and policy rationale.
- Cross-functional Leadership
- Collaborate with Marketing Regulatory Affairs Finance & Sales to integrate pricing into business planning.
- Ensure pricing compliance and risk mitigation across all operations.
- Other responsibilities assigned by the line manager
Qualifications
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Policy Acumen: Deep understanding of Chinas healthcare policy ecosystem (e.g. NRDL VBP Sunshine Procurement).
- Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in pricing modeling data visualization (Excel Power BI Tableau) and tender database mining.
- Strategic Agility: Ability to translate data/policy trends into proactive pricing tactics.
- Influence & Collaboration: Proven skill in aligning Sales Finance and Leadership on pricing decisions.
- Compliance Focus: Adherence to pricing governance and anti-corruption regulations.
- Communication: Clear presentation of complex pricing strategies to stakeholders.

Experience&Education:
- 5 years in pricing market access or commercial analytics within Chinas healthcare sector (pharma medical devices or ART preferred).
- Hands-on experience managing provincial Sunshine Procurement listings price negotiations and tender analytics.
- Track record of using pricing data to drive commercial outcomes (e.g. margin optimization share growth).
- Experience in ART/IVF reproductive health or womens health is a strong plus.
- Bachelors degree in Economics Health Policy Business Administration Life Sciences or related field.
- Masters degree (MBA MPH Health Economics) preferred.
