Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. You will provide essential assistance and support to individuals in need ensuring their well-being and comfort. Make a meaningful difference each day.
Duties:
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing grooming and dressing and toileting
Prepare meals and assist with feeding as necessary.
Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Assist with mobility and lifting for individuals who require help.
Skills:
Experience in home care 1-3 years required
must be able to physically assist clients with mobility including transferring from bed to chair which may require lifting up to 50 pounds.
Strong interpersonal skills for working with people in need of care.
Knowledge of caregiving systems and best practices.
Ability to provide compassionate and attentive care to individuals.
MUST Demonstrate Compassion and Dependability .
Candidates must have their own vehicle and be able to arrive at client locations as a requirement of this position.
This is a fully onsite caregiver position in Northern Summit County OH. (Akron Hudson Stow) Reliable in-person attendance is an essential function of this role. Candidates must be able to consistently commute to the worksite for all scheduled shifts (approximately a 20-minute commute preferred). Applicants who cannot meet this requirement will not be considered. If you fall outside of our designated territory you will be referred to another Assisting Hands Franchise.

Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
